What's Currently Available

Currently a behavior incident includes a student, date, class, status, and comments.

What We Have Planned

We are updating the behavior incident to include the following data:

Student
Date
Time
Location (Classroom, Cafeteria, Hallway, Library, Bathroom, etc.)
Reported By
Status
Description of Incident
Administrative Decision (user customized list with set of defaults)
Antecedent
Consequences
Parent Contact Field (Who, When)
Comments / Notes (Will be full HTML formatted field instead of just single line of plain text)
Restraint (Yes / No)
Selectable list for other students involved with option to generate duplicate incident for those students.
Staff Involved

We are also adding the ability to easily email the incident to parents / guardians and/or other staff members.

We are still working on requirements for this feature. Please let us know what functions you would need this feature to provide.
