Welcome to the New iGradePlus Community Site

Hello.  Welcome to the new iGradePlus Community site.  This site is part of the new help desk platform that we have migrated to transparently and replaces our previous community site since this platform also provides Forums and Knowledge Base features.  We will use this site to keep customers up-to-date with announcements and our new feature roadmap.

We currently have 3 forums:  Announcements, Planned Features / Request for Feedback, and Feature Requests.

New feature releases and other important announcements will be posted in the Announcements forums.

The vast array of features we have planned for the future will be posted in the Planned Features / Request for Feedback forum.   Here you'll find detailed information about our planned features and estimated release dates for the features we're currently working on.  This forum also provides you with the opportunity to vote on which features are most important to you and to let us know what functions you need for each the planned feature if we missed anything.

We will begin populating the Knowledge Base in the near future with various tutorials.

This platform requires and independent login account, so you'll need to create an account before you can participate.  If you use the same email address assigned to your iGradePlus account, you'll be able to see any support tickets you've submitted in the past.
