Student Guardian Redesign (Fall 2024)

What's Currently Available  

Currently a student profile contains profiles for up to 4 parent / guardians and the parent / guardian profiles are part of the student profile.

What We're Working On 

We are separating the parent / guardian profiles and the student profiles so that the parent / guardian profiles exist on their own.  This will allow parent / guardian profiles to be more easily linked to more than one student.  It will also allow families to be easily identified based on the connections between student profiles and parent /guardian profiles.  And it will allow for shared data such as addresses to be changed for a family in only one place.

The student profile page will change with an added side-menu item called Parents / Guardians as shown below:

And there will be a separate page for each Parent / Guardian profile as shown below:
