Online Enrollment / Registration (Fall 2024)

We are still working on it and are behind schedule.  Plan is as soon as possible, but we are going to miss our original target of this month.

We are still working on this and it will not be available in July has hoped.

Any update on the release date for this? Our registration has to go out by Friday.

Our needs are very similar to Heather Johnson-Salaiz. The needs she lists would be the same for us, except the only fees I need to be able to collect is a registration fee, book fee and supply fee. 

Thank you so much for making this feature a priority! I am very excited to be a part of this monumental decision that we have been waiting on for 5 years. I hope that this new feature will automatically collect fees as we get hundreds of registrations per month. If not, we will have to stay with Jackrabbit for our entire process. See our school's needs below. 

1. I agree on all of the needs listed above by Ms. Buckley. 
2. Many fee categories: Class Tuition, Annual Registration Fee, Material Fee, Field Trip Fee, Lab Fee, Late Fee, etc.
3. All fees are automatically charged at registration. Nothing should have to be added manually. 
4. An option for certain charges to be mandatory payments before checkout (i.e. annual registration fee for our school)
5. Allow certain fees to be automatically attached to certain classes. For example, if someone signs up for Middle School Earth Science, that class would have a Lab Fee attached, however, English & Literature would not. No manual adds. 
6. An option for customers to upload documents (i.e. purchase orders) as proof of payment. We are funded by charter schools for some courses and need to have this option. 
7. Automatic payment reminders (set by school) for almost due, due and past due.
8. 2 different tuition fee plans: Semester tuition & Monthly tuition. The system should automatically roll over monthly tuition charges each month.
9. Registration forms should be coded for easy report pulling. For instance, if I want to pull a report of which students are not allowed to be photographed, it should be easily accessible. Same for allergies, special needs, etc.
10. The ability for parents to receive an automatic email with pertinent information after registration. Welcome letters, curriculum list, etc.

Although this is not a pressing feature for us, I do appreciate having one platform for the entire process.

1. Allow the feature to collect data through an application

2. Allow Admin to do a variety of things (accept, reject, schedule a tour, move through a series of steps that can be customized for each school)

3. Allow Admin to request documents & parents able to upload these documents (a checkbox or signature line)

4. Filter any accepted application data into "active or enrolled students"

5. Have the ability to accept registration fee

6. Can embed or link the application to outside url

If you were able to make the current tuition/billing feature more efficient, and make it visible to parents, that would make Igradeplus a better "one stop shop" for Enterprise users. Parents should be able to see & update certain information as well as their billing / payment history from their portal.
